Store Update: The Sister Ship Has Arrived!

Dear Friends,

We are writing to update you about a temporary change of service at the “mothership” retail location on Melrose Avenue. Due to a significant flooding incident in late December, public entrance to the space has been restricted until repairs have been accomplished and safety approvals given by the City.

GOOD NEWS! While the Mothership is being dry docked (so to speak!), we are temporarily serving you aboard a smaller “Sister Ship” housed in a retrofitted shipping container located in the parking lot behind the Melrose Avenue store. Details follow in the information below.

Come for a visit! We have just launched the l.a.Eyeworks Spring/Summer 2024 collections, featuring stunningly original optical and sunglass designs as only we can imagine them. We’ve also just received a sensational capsule of frame designs from Lapima, the ultra-hot eyewear design house from Brazil.

The Sister Ship is open Monday-Saturday (11:00AM-7:00PM)

Because space is limited, we are prioritizing appointments to best serve your needs, whether that’s looking for new glasses, updating prescription lenses, or making repairs/adjustments to your current frames.
